At Karmanify, we believe in the value of intuitive insight and coaching as tools for reflection, clarity, and personal empowerment. Our sessions are designed to support your self-awareness and decision-making process.

However, all insights shared are interpretive in nature. Karmanify and its advisors are not responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from a session. You remain fully responsible for your own choices and how you apply the information provided.

🧠 Coaching Ethics & Scope of Practice

Our life coaching services are grounded in ethical practice, personal development, and client empowerment.

Life coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. Coaching focuses on:

Personal growth and self-awareness
Goal setting and accountability
Mindset support and forward movement
Clarity and decision-making support

A signed service agreement is required before coaching begins to ensure clear expectations, mutual understanding, and professional alignment between both parties.

Clients acknowledge that coaching and intuitive guidance are separate services and may be used independently or together depending on personal preference.

⚖️ No Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice

Karmanify does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.

We do not diagnose, treat, or make predictions regarding health conditions, pregnancy, illness, legal cases, or financial outcomes (for example: “Will I be diagnosed?”, “Will I win my case?”, or “Am I pregnant?”).

For these matters, clients are encouraged to seek support from a licensed medical, legal, or financial professional.

🧠 Therapy Clarification

Therapy (psychotherapy or counseling) is a licensed clinical process designed to diagnose and treat mental health conditions and emotional disorders.

Coaching and intuitive guidance are different in nature and focus on awareness, growth, reflection, and forward movement rather than clinical treatment or diagnosis.

If therapeutic support is needed, we strongly encourage clients to seek a licensed mental health professional.

👤 Client Responsibility & No Guarantees

Clients acknowledge that they are fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and interpretations following any session.

Karmanify does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results. The effectiveness of sessions depends on each client’s personal engagement, choices, and application of insights provided.

🔐 Confidentiality

All client sessions are kept strictly confidential.

Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law (including risk of harm to self or others, or legal obligation).

💳 Payments & Pricing

All payments are securely processed via Stripe. Klarna payment options may also be available at checkout.

All prices are final and reflect the value, time, and expertise provided. We do not offer discounts or special pricing.

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Karmanify directly to resolve any concerns.

⏰ Appointment Policy

Please arrive on time for your scheduled session.

A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session may need to be rescheduled within 30 days. Only one reschedule is permitted per booking.

Missed appointments or no-shows are considered completed sessions and are non-refundable.

🔄 Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so within 30 days of your original booking. One reschedule is permitted per booking.

🤝 Respectful Communication & Right to Refuse Service

Karmanify is committed to maintaining a respectful, safe, and supportive environment for both clients and advisors.

Clients are expected to communicate respectfully at all times. Emotional expression is welcome, including frustration; however, abusive, threatening, or hostile behavior toward advisors will not be tolerated.

Sessions may be ended immediately if respectful boundaries are violated, and no refunds will be issued.

Karmanify reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time if ethical boundaries, communication standards, or professional respect are not maintained.

🌍 Age Requirement

All services are available only to individuals aged 18 years or older.

💻 Digital Services

All sessions are delivered digitally. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and appropriate environment for their session.

🌿 Session Preparation & Etiquette

To receive the most benefit from your session, we recommend joining from a quiet, private, and distraction-free environment.

We encourage openness, honesty, and willingness to engage fully in the process to support clarity and transformation.

By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
